A suburban quarter-acre block transformed into 25 apartments on four levels

Full site utilisation to create architectural apartment living above commercial space, close to the Swan River foreshore and Ardross retail hub. The structure makes efficient use of reinforced concrete walls in combination with the AFS permanent formwork system to maximise floorspace on a compact site. Steel sheet piling to the full site perimeter creates a large basement catering for 32 vehicles.
