Façade restoration works for a century-old heritage building

Strengthening and remedial works for a federation-era two-storey masonry façade that was showing its age. Removal of corroded steel lintels, re-fixing of ornate upper balusters and rebuilding of upper cornices. Stitching of cracked brickwork to tie the building fabric back together to ensure decades of future service.
